The Educational Research and Development Society has launched the Talent Search Scholarship Exam as a special initiative to support and recognize meritorious students across West Bengal. This exam aims to identify and nurture students' talents by assessing their subject knowledge, mental ability, and language skills through structured tests like SAT (Subject Ability Test), MAT (Mental Ability Test), and LAT (Language Ability Test). It provides a comprehensive evaluation of a student’s academic strengths and weaknesses. After the exam, each participant receives a computerized report card detailing their performance, which helps them understand their capabilities and areas that need improvement.
